A Centerfold Feature in Book and Shelves Magazine

Featured in the centerfold of Book and Shelves Magazine through the book promotion service of Kravitz and Sons, J.H. Ahlin’s Traitors Series brings readers into stories of courage, resistance, and survival during some of history’s darkest periods. Through three historical novels, Ahlin explores the dangers of oppressive regimes and the difficult choices faced by people who risk everything to fight injustice.

The series follows Jenz Ramsgrund and Ezekiel, two Jewish friends whose efforts to undermine Nazi Germany place them in constant danger. From secret resistance in Nazi Germany to the horrors of Holocaust death camps and the harsh realities of a Soviet labor camp, the novels examine the human cost of tyranny and the determination to survive. This special centerfold feature introduces readers to Ahlin’s series and the historical conflicts that shape its stories.

Three Novels, One Powerful Examination of History

The series begins with Traitors in the Gestapo: A Jenz Ramsgrund Novel, where Jenz and Ezekiel hide their identities while secretly undermining the Gestapo and the Nazi war effort. Their dangerous mission places them in a world where one wrong move could expose them to devastating consequences.

In Traitors in Treblinka, their mission takes them into the horrors of Nazi death camps as they investigate the treatment of Jewish slave laborers. The novel offers a difficult but important glimpse into the atrocities of the Holocaust. The series continues with Traitors in the Vorkuta Gulag, bringing readers into the harsh world of a Soviet labor camp in Siberia, alongside further conflicts involving espionage, the Stasi, and a mission to rescue Greta.

Together, these three novels offer stories shaped by historical conflict, personal sacrifice, and the struggle to survive systems built on fear and control. Ahlin’s work invites readers to consider how ordinary people respond when their lives and beliefs are tested by extraordinary circumstances.
