Publishing Services
Payments made for publishing services are non-refundable once work has commenced, including but not limited to ISBN assignment, registration, formatting, design, or other production-related services. No refund shall be issued if the Author fails to submit required materials within one (1) year, becomes unresponsive for one (1) year, or if the agreement is terminated after work has begun. In the event of a chargeback, services may be suspended, and if unresolved within sixty (60) days, the agreement may be terminated without refund.
Marketing Services
Payments made for marketing services are non-refundable once the marketing order form is signed or work has commenced, whichever occurs first. No refund shall be issued based on campaign performance or sales results. A refund may only be issued if the Marketer terminates the agreement without cause, less a non-refundable US$30.00 processing fee. No refund shall be due if termination is for cause or if a chargeback remains unresolved for sixty (60) days.
