Michael Wardner
Michael Wardner lives in a small town in Georgia, just outside Atlanta. He grew up in Southern California and attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied English Literature and spent a year abroad at the University of Birmingham in England. He later earned a Master’s degree in Film Production from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and works in video post-production in the Atlanta area. Michael loves to draw and write stories. He is the author of The Boy Who Went Boom and The Girl from the Gamma Zone, as well as the graphic novel Crumble. His cartoons have received recognition from SF Weekly, and his short story writing has been recognized by Creative Loafing Atlanta. He also enjoys performing improv comedy and spending time with his wife, two children, and cat-though he jokes that the cat may not enjoy it quite as much as he does.
