Linda Stone is an entrepreneur at heart. She, along with her brother, ran a very successful bakery and mail order Christmas cookie business for nearly 20 years.
In 1996, she decided to attend floral design school in Chicago, followed by purchasing an existing floral shop and making it her own. She has owned City Flowers for over 25 years. Her writing career began with a literal night time dream that she had written a book about her dog, Bubbles. Although Linda had no idea how to write or get a book published, she asked for divine guidance, and listened to it. Her first book, Bubbles’ Troubles is the result. Linda lives in New Buffalo, Michigan, which has always been home. She enjoys crafts, jigsaw puzzles, walks
on the beach and spending time with friends, family and Bubbles and Teddy, her two real- life rescue dogs.
