With a love of mythology and storytelling, Dr. Janet Bubar Rich investigates timeless myths with a focus on the contemporary concerns of our world. Her books include:
• Exploring Guinevere’s Search for Authenticity (Edwin Mellen Press, 2012), and
• Hestia—Goddess of the Hearth (Edwin Mellen Press, 2014).
A writer and editor based in Southern California, Janet holds a B.A. in English from UC Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Mythology / Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. When not writing, she can often be found sailing with her husband and dog in Marina del Rey.
