Dr. Francis S. Laari
Dr. Francis S. Laari is the director and CEO of Youth Education Services of America. He spent over thirteen years in law enforcement with the Virginia Department of Corrections. As a law enforcement officer, he embraced leadership, roles, and responsibility as the hallmark of every citizen. He is a parent and passionate advocate for youth of all levels. As an advocate for youth, Dr. Laari hopes to inspire politicians, leaders worldwide, and every citizen across the globe to show leadership, roles, and responsibility in all their endeavors to the youth.
He is an immigrant from Ghana. He is also a recent graduate of Walden University, majoring in Law and Public Policy (Public Administration).
Dr. Laari lives in Virginia with his family and a six-month-old German Shepherd called Koko.
