Donald Froelich

Donald Froelich

Donald Froelich always loved to run. He was the fastest kid in his kindergarten class and has never yet been beaten by a kindergartner. In school and in the US Army, Donald was a track sprinter, competing in 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes and their related relays. Back in civilian life, he has participated in cross-country and road races, ranging from two miles to 26.3-mile marathons.
In addition to running, Donald Froelich always loved to draw. Decades ago, when nearly every magazine included comic cartoons, Donald would sell them his gags. However, running magazines were the exception-no cartoons. So having assembled all these unpublished running cartoons, Donald decided to put them all together in this book. After all, runners have a sense of humor too.
