Dr. Evelyn Yvonne Jenkins was born in Brunswick, Georgia and now lives in Clinton, Maryland in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is the CEO of Jenkins & Associates Consulting LLC, a company that provides business consulting services to the federal government while also working in areas such as real estate renovation, debt elimination, and energy conservation.
Before her consulting career, Dr. Jenkins served twenty five years in the United States Navy and retired as a Master Chief Personnelman. She also serves on the board of Applied Computing Technologies Inc., chairs the Prince George’s County National Congress of Black Women Inc., and participates as a flutist in the orchestra at Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church in Fort Washington, Maryland.
