About the Author

Born in Johnson City, Tennessee, and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ronald R. Higgins has spent decades honing his craft as both an actor and writer. With over sixty stage plays, three films, and a soap opera appearance under his belt, he brings a deep understanding of drama to his writing. After pursuing acting in Los Angeles for thirty years, he shifted his focus to storytelling, penning Picture Them Dead—a project that began in 1981 and first saw publication in 1982. Now retired and living in Johnson City, he continues to write and is currently working on a sequel, The Lady in the Movies.
