- Required Details for DNC Processing. To ensure accuracy, requests should include:
- Name
- Contact number(s) to block
- Optional: email address or mailing address
- Submission date
- Turnaround Time. All DNC requests are recorded and enforced within 10 business days. Written confirmations may be sent to the contact if requested or if an email is available.
- Registry Control and Data Use. DNC information is stored securely with limited access. The system is synchronized across CRM and outbound dialing tools. All staff must verify contact status before making any outreach.
- Partner Obligations. Marketing agencies and collaborators must follow the DNC protocol and be contractually obligated to update call scripts and databases accordingly.
- Non-Marketing Call Exemptions. Routine operational and fulfillment calls (e.g., order shipping updates, contract paperwork, payment status) are not restricted unless the customer specifically asks for total blackout from all communication.
- Consent Reinstatement Procedure. Should a DNC contact re-engage voluntarily (e.g., form submission or referral), Kravitz & Sons LLC will confirm updated consent prior to reactivating phone contact.
- Record Storage Policy. DNC records are retained between 6 months and 1 year. Disposal may occur post-retention period due to space constraints or data governance standards.
- Enforcement and Accountability. Violations of this policy—by internal staff or external parties—will result in corrective action, including but not limited to suspension of account privileges, vendor delisting, legal remedies, or employment termination in serious cases.
